Left to right, J.B. Parkin (Cross 1895-1901), R.G. Winning (Fleur de Leys & Lion 1899-1900), W.O. Wellington (Lion 1899-1901), F. Barnaby (Crown 1898-1900) and R.H. Palmer (Fleur de Leys 1895-1899). The race was won by Wellington - Palmer it seems had already left the College at this time but was a member of the teaching staff.
