		<description>Not only do PS, GIMP, and several other editors have a tool like this, but it's even better in said software. In PS, you can use the Magic Wand Tool (brief description here: http://www.mediacollege.com/adobe/photoshop/tool/magic-wand.html). It uses the same concept, but it's a selection tool, so it then allows you to manipulate that selection like any other, not simply to turn it into transparency, adding even more functionality. In GIMP, it's called the Fuzzy Select Tool.

You can now safely go back to unconditionally hating Microsoft. :)</description>
